Yes. Rush is a flat $250 add-on that moves you to the front of the queue. We never promise rush at the expense of quality · if the scope can't realistically land in your window, we'll say so before you pay. Add rush at checkout or request it from your project page in the portal.

Before work starts: full refund, no charge. Once a proof has been delivered: no refund · the deliverable is yours and the work is done. Refunds process back to your original Square payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Full policy lives on the pre-order disclaimer you acknowledged at checkout.

Flyer projects $500 and under are paid in full before we start. Projects over $500 take a 50 percent deposit to lock the slot, balance due at delivery before final files drop. Everything runs through Square. You get a secure payment link the moment your order is placed.

Each flyer tier includes a set number of revisions scoped to your package. Additional edits beyond that are $25 each. Major rework outside the original brief may require a new request.

High resolution exports sized for the platforms you actually post on · Instagram feed, stories, reels covers, and any additional ratios included in your tier. Static flyers ship as JPG and PNG. Files unlock in the portal once payment clears.

Once final payment clears, the final file is licensed to you for unlimited promotional use of the event or campaign it was made for. STORY Flyers retains the right to display the work in our portfolio, on social, and in client showcases unless you opt out in writing before delivery.

You log in with your email and password (no magic link needed) and from there you see live project status, your assigned designer, every proof as it drops, the revision counter, and the final file pickup.
