Before you order.

A few things to know before payment. Read these so we're on the same page from day one. No surprises later.

01Turnaround is paced by approvals.

The clock moves with you. Each phase waits for your sign-off before the next one starts. If approvals are slow, the job stalls until you confirm.

02Revisions are scoped to your package.

Each tier includes a set number of revisions. Additional edits beyond your package are $25 each. Major rework outside the original brief may require a new request.

03Refunds and cancellation.

Cancellations are processed back to your original Square payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

04Files, ownership, and usage.

Once final payment clears, the final file is licensed to you for unlimited promotional use of the event or campaign it was made for. STORY Flyers retains the right to display the work in our portfolio, on social, and in client showcases unless you specifically opt out in writing before delivery.

05Portal access.

The second your deposit clears we create your account at storyflyers.com/portal. You sign in with the email you placed the order with plus a password we send you. Inside the portal you see live project status, your assigned designer, every proof, the revision counter, and the final pickup.

06Communication.

All project conversation happens inside the portal. Instagram DMs and email threads are not tracked against your job. If it's not in the portal, it didn't happen on the record.
