  • The revisions Two rounds per phase · six total across the build. Need more? $50 a round and we keep going.
  • The bag 50% deposit at Pre-Pro · 50% balance before final motion drops. Deposits go non-refundable the moment Phase 1 starts. Full AI 60s splittable billing follows the same rhythm.
  • The clock Speed lives in your approvals. Once the image is locked, motion usually lands 2 · 4 business days · bigger jobs stretch to 5 · 7. Quality first, rush second. Rush adds +$250 when we can compress without losing the cinematic pass.
  • The exit Full refund only if we haven't started yet. Once Phase 1 kicks off, it's a wrap · cinema reserves studio time and AI credits the moment we begin.
  • The footage (Hybrid only) You drop your clips through the Drop Link we send after order. If we don't see it within 7 days, the final isn't on us.
  • The drop You walk with a 9:16 master, a still flyer, and a simple motion flyer. Other ratios on request · we cut what fits where it lands.
  • The likeness Full promo usage rights for your event. AI likenesses of real public figures only happen when you say you've got the green light · resale or redistribution as a template, that's a no.
